Because you lose some during the upload to YouTube, when watching, and then it is not the original quality when you download it from YouTube at the end, I think. Keepvid takes the actual file you upload to YouTube, so it's more-or-less the same. I think the only difference is that it downloads in mp4 rather than avi. Personally, I think this thread isn't particularly needed.

We post watch and download links on each episodes thread now, proving this kinda pointless. If people had higher demands for archives of older episodes, I would upload them to a site and probably do this but in a less jumpy, organised fashion. For now, I just send people the links to download episodes that they PM me about.
